http://www.allthingsscience.com This is Steve Eve's 36ft 1600lb 1/10 scale "miniature" Saturn V rocket launched on April 25, 2009, commemorating the 40th anniversary of the first landing on the moon. The rocket was lofted by eight 13,000ns N-Class motors and a 77,000ns P-Class motor generating around 8000lbs of thrust! The launch was a huge success and put it in the Guiness Book of World Records as the largest model rocket ever flown! Congrats to Steve and the team!!!
